Shipping policy

Order Processing Time: 

  • Tablets & Screens: shipped within 1 business day of ordering
  • Switch Consoles, Accessories: shipped within 3 business days of ordering

Order Cutoff Time: 6pm CST

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipment tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will send you a confirmation email when your item is delivered.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination address and level of service selected. The shipping charge is added to the total order value paid by the customer at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: Within the U.S., the following carrier choices are available at checkout: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times for the service selected are available on the carrier website. Basic ground service from all carriers typically takes 2-4 business days to US destinations.

International Shipping: Canadian are shipped with UPS Worldwide Expedited and arrive in 3-5 business days. Import taxes (GST and if applicable, PST) will be collected by UPS at or before delivery. Payment of import taxes is the customer's responsibility. To pre-pay import fees and expedite delivery, check the UPS tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Orders to all countries (except US & Canada) are shipped with DHL Express. Import taxes including but not limited to VAT, plus a customs brokerage fee of $50 USD or less, will be assessed by DHL Express during transit and collected prior to delivery. Payment of import taxes is the customer's responsibility. To pre-pay import fees and expedite delivery, check the DHL Express tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address
  2. Check all possible delivery locations at your residence or business
  3. Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package
  4. Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim

Wakeswitches is not liable for packages left unsecured following delivery. If you cannot accept your package at the time it is scheduled for delivery, please make alternate delivery arrangements with the carrier.
